The sale contract is completed in England and is subject to English law.

Orders are only accepted for delivery to UK Mainland postal addresses.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and us will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Once you submit an order, we prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until despatch of order. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please email this information to info@gsretail.co.uk. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
Payment:
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order via email. Payment can be made by any of the specified payment methods.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion should that be necessary.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with GS Retail Limited. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. All goods remain the property of GS Retail Limited until payment has been cleared in full by our bank.

We offer the following payment methods: Payment via PayPal, Cash on Delivery.
Credit Card Security:
All online payments make use of the PayPal system and payment security is in accordance with the then current PayPal terms and conditions.
Availability of Goods You Order:
If the product or products you have ordered is/are not available from stock you should not be able to place an order on the GS Retail website.
If an order is accepted for which there is no current stock you will be contacted by email or telephone and will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock, make a substitution or to cancel or refund your order. Any sum debited by us from your credit / debit card will be re-credited to your account and GS Retail Limited will notify you by email at the address given by you in your confirmation of order.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. GS Retail Limited will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel any order placed on this site until the goods have been collected from us for despatch. Should you wish to cancel any order placed with GS Retail Limited, please email us immediately at info@gsretail.co.uk,. We aim to acknowledge all such within 24 working hours of receipt. Should you not receive such a confirmation please contact us on 01942 418 750.
Despatch:
We always try to maintain our stock levels. There may however be occasions where goods cannot be sent because they are out of stock. Should this situation arise, we will contact you (usually by email), to offer you an alternative product or to inform you that this item will be removed from your order.
We endeavour to despatch all goods within 36 business hours of receipt of your payment.
The goods shall be at your risk after delivery.
Environmental Policy:
As a company we strive to limit our impact on the environment as much as possible. As such we make a concerted effort to reduce waste and wherever possible recycle and or reuse packaging materials as well as other items, as we believe this is more environmentally responsible and friendly.
Damaged Goods:
If transit carton(s) appear to be damaged, receipt of goods must be refused.
GS Retail Limited stands by the high quality of all its products. Each product will have been inspected prior to packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please contact us in the first instance by email at info@gsretail.co.uk.
Any errors or damage to goods in transit must be notified to us as soon as possible after receipt and in any case within one day of the delivery of the goods, or else a credit/refund cannot be issued.
Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your GS Retail Limited purchase(s), you have the right to return the goods to us within seven days of receipt. Carriage will be at your expense.
You will be refunded, the full value of the returned goods, in the same manner and to the same account as payment was made, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Your/our shipping costs are not refundable.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
